Requests for office fax/direct line services can be made with justifications by your Department’s Telephone Coordinator via the online form of Fax / Direct Line.  For approved request, an application form (stamped by ITSC) completed by user department will be sent to the respective service providers.

Advance notice for a line installation/relocation may vary from 7-14 working days, depending on the provider. For further details, check with your Telephone Coordinator.

For faults in fax / direct line, please report to the respective Service Providers directly.
