Requests for office fax/direct line services can be made with justifications, through your Department’s Telephone Coordinator. For approved request, an application form (stamped by ITSC) completed by user department will be sent to the respective service providers.

Advance notice for a line installation/relocation may vary from 7-14 working days, depending on the provider. For further details, check with your Telephone Coordinator.
