Getting Started

If you receive unwanted messages similar to those shown in the phishing examples, don’t reply as this may result in more unwanted email. Don’t click on any links either as it may connect you to a malicious website. Simply delete the message and report the matter to ITSC immediately.

Remember never to reveal your password to anyone. ITSC would never ask users for such information by email, phone or in person and no staff member will ask for your password.

Compromised Account

If you have replied to any phishing email, reset your password immediately and report the matter to ITSC.
