Once your network account is ready, your name, email contact, department, etc. will appear in the University Communications Directory and can be searched by others from the internet.

To access your personal details setup page, follow these steps:

  1. Login to myPortal
  2. In the “Home” tab and under the “People Search” channel, select the link “Review and update”

You may also include other details, such as, your Chinese name, home page URL, fax and mobile.

If you would like to limit part of the entry, such as email contact and department, to HKUST members only, uncheck the “Open to Public” privacy option.

Important account management tools include Manage My Account, Change User Account Password, and Your Print Budget.
