Benefits of Using Exchange

ITSC has adopted Microsoft Exchange Server 2013 as the platform for messaging and collaboration for faculty and staff. Microsoft Exchange offers electronic mail, calendaring, contacts and tasks in one integrated platform. You can sync data with any mobile devices running iOS, Android and BlackBerry OS. For business collaborations, Exchange supports public and private sharing of email folder and calendar data. It also provides opportunities for add-on applications.

The recommended client platform for Windows and Mac environments is Outlook 2013 and Outlook 2016 for Mac, which is both feature-rich and powerful.
