You can use the autoreply service to generate an automatic reply or acknowledgment to incoming emails while you are away from the University. The auto-reply message responds to whoever emails you, so it is best if your message does not divulge too much private information, such as your whereabouts, etc.

Check Mailbox Usage

Please regularly check how much space is left in your University mailbox and purge old emails from time to time. If you exceed your assigned quota, incoming emails may not be delivered. There are different methods of checking depending on the type of email application you are using:
