Q1. When sending a message to multiple recipients, c an I use comma (,) instead of semicolon (;) to separate each address?

No. If you are entering more than one e-mail address in the To: , Cc: , or Bcc: fields, you must separate each address with a semicolon ( ; ). If you use a comma to separate the e-mail addresses, you will receive an error message:

Q2. I'm unable to send a message in my draft's folder that I saved initially from an e-mail client?

Users who use a POP/IMAP configured e-mail client, such as Thunderbird, and save messages in the Draft folder and send it from OWA will receive an error message like the one below. Users will need to recreate their saved messages in OWA or use an e-mail application like Thunderbird.

Q3. I can only log on to the light version of OWA, how to switch to regular version?

Please follow the steps below to change from the light version to the full version:

  1. Click Options > Settings > General .
  2. On the General tab, under Accessibility , un-check the option Use the blind and low vision experience .
  3. Click Save .
  4. Sign out and sign in again to complete the change.

Q4.  How to disable the conversation mode?

  1. Select CONVERSATIONS BY DATE under the search box
  2. Select OFF under the CONVERSATIONS

Q5.  Some folders are not found in OWA and some have but no items to show.

Expand the the folder list by selecting the triangle in the left of the message. Turn off the conversation mode if necessary.

Q8.  How to transfer contact and address book from webmail to Outlook?  

Please log on to your Webmail account, click on "*Address*". At the bottom, your could find "*Address book export"*. Click on "*Export to CSV file*" to get a data file.

With this CSV file, you could import the address book to Outlook. The contact would be synchronized with your Exchange account.
